Shipping policy

This page covers everything you need to know about how and when your order ships. If something is not answered here, email us at support@voyagerasi.com.


1. Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States only — the 48 connected states.

  • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), or international addresses.
  • Orders placed with an unsupported address will be cancelled and fully refunded.

We are a small operation working to expand our coverage. We do not yet have a carrier arrangement that makes Alaska and Hawaii shipping reliable at a reasonable cost for our customers.


2. Shipping options and fees

Orders under $49.00: Standard Shipping — $8.00

Orders of $49.00 and above: Standard Shipping — Free

  • Free shipping applies to orders totaling $49.00 or more before tax, shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
  • We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options.
  • No hidden fees or handling charges.

3. Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

4. Estimated delivery time

Order processing: 1 to 2 business days

Standard shipping in transit: 5 to 7 business days

Estimated total from order to delivery: 6 to 9 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and carrier conditions.
  • We ship from a warehouse in California. West Coast deliveries are typically faster. East Coast addresses may be toward the 9 business day end of the range.
  • Remote or rural addresses within the 48 states may also be toward the longer end of that range.

All timeframes above are in business days — weekends and US federal holidays are not counted.


5. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment.

  • If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, check your spam or junk folder first.
  • Still no tracking after 4 business days? Email us at support@voyagerasi.com with your order number and we will look into it.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product before discarding anything.
  • Email us at support@voyagerasi.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos.
  • We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not discard the packaging until the issue is fully resolved.

7. Lost or missing packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is not there:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, porch, and with neighbors — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots.
  • Contact the carrier directly to open a trace using your tracking number.
  • If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or the carrier cannot locate the package, email us and we will help resolve it.

8. Shipping delays

Delays can happen due to severe weather, high carrier volume during peak seasons (such as the holidays), or US federal holidays. These are outside our control, but we will do our best to help track down your order if it is significantly overdue.

If your order is more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us.


9. Incorrect shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify or redirect it.

  • If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, email us as quickly as possible — we can sometimes catch it before it ships.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

10. Customs and import duties

We ship within the United States only. No customs fees or import duties apply to domestic US orders.
