Payment Methods

This page explains how payment works on voyagerasi.com, what fees apply to your order, and what you can expect after checkout. We want you to know exactly what you are paying before you buy.

Accepted payment method

We currently accept one payment method: PayPal.

PayPal is one of the most widely used and trusted payment platforms in the United States. At checkout you will be directed to PayPal to complete your payment securely.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay. You can check out as a guest using a debit or credit card through PayPal's guest checkout option.

We do not accept direct credit card payments, checks, money orders, wire transfers, gift cards, or cryptocurrency at this time.

Fees and charges

The following is a complete list of costs that may apply to your order:

Product price. As listed on each product page, in US dollars.
Standard shipping. $8.00 for orders under $49.00.
Free shipping. Orders of $49.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 US states.
Sales tax. Calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable US state tax laws.
PayPal fees. We do not charge any PayPal processing fee on our end. If your PayPal account involves currency conversion, PayPal may apply their standard conversion fee.
No hidden fees. No handling charges, no subscription fees, no recurring charges. The total shown on the PayPal checkout screen is the final amount you will be charged.

How checkout works

Step 1. Add your sprayer to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Step 2. Enter your shipping address. Your shipping cost and any applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown before payment.
Step 3. Click "Pay with PayPal." You will be redirected to PayPal's secure checkout page.
Step 4. Log in to your PayPal account, or choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to check out as a guest.
Step 5. Review the order total on the PayPal screen and confirm your payment.
Step 6. You will be returned to voyagerasi.com and receive an order confirmation email shortly after.

Payment is charged at the time you confirm your order, not when it ships.

Order confirmation

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive two emails:

Order confirmation email — sent immediately after purchase. This includes your order number, the items ordered, your shipping address, and the total amount charged.
Shipping confirmation email — sent when your order ships. This includes your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, email us at support@voyagerasi.com with your name and the email address you used at checkout.

Payment security

All payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number or bank account details. Your payment information is handled entirely within PayPal's secure environment, which uses SSL encryption and complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.

All pages on voyagerasi.com are served over HTTPS to protect any information you enter on our site.

Order cancellation and refunds

If you need to cancel your order, email us at support@voyagerasi.com within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Refunds are returned to your original PayPal payment method. Processing time is 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full process.

Common questions about PayPal checkout

Do I need a PayPal account? No. On the PayPal checkout page, look for the option to pay with a debit or credit card as a guest. You do not need to create or log in to a PayPal account.
Can I use PayPal Pay Later or Buy Now Pay Later? This depends on your individual PayPal account eligibility. We do not configure PayPal financing options on our end. Contact PayPal directly if you have questions about your account's Pay Later options.
Is my purchase covered by PayPal Buyer Protection? PayPal offers buyer protection for eligible transactions. If your item does not arrive or significantly differs from the description, you can open a dispute through PayPal in addition to contacting us directly.
Why was my payment declined? Payment declines are typically handled on PayPal's side. Verify that your billing information is correct and that your account or card has sufficient funds. If the issue continues, try PayPal's guest checkout with a different card, or contact PayPal support.
I was charged but did not receive a confirmation email. What do I do? Email us at support@voyagerasi.com with the email address you used and the approximate time of purchase. We will look up your order and confirm the status.
