Refund policy

We want to make returns and refunds as straightforward as possible. If something is not right with your order, email us and we will work through it with you.


1. Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • The 30-day window starts from the delivery date shown in your tracking information, not the order date.
  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. What you can return

We accept returns in two situations:

  • Defective or damaged items. If the sprayer arrived broken, stopped working under normal use, or we sent the wrong product — we cover return shipping and will arrange a replacement or full refund.
  • Buyer's remorse. If you changed your mind or the product is not what you expected, you may return it within 30 days. The item must be in its original condition with all parts and accessories included. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in this case.

3. Items we cannot accept back

  • Items with physical damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper handling after delivery.
  • Items missing key parts, accessories, or original packaging.
  • Items returned without prior authorization from us.

4. How to start a return

Step 1. Email us at support@voyagerasi.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address. Do not send items back to the original shipping address — it is a fulfillment center and cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping method and keep your receipt. We recommend retaining proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.


5. Return shipping costs

  • We cover return shipping if the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong product. We will provide instructions to cover return shipping costs after reviewing your case.
  • You cover return shipping if you changed your mind or the item is no longer needed.
  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund processing time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit — this is outside our control.
  • If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days from our confirmation email, check with your bank first, then contact us.

7. Damaged or defective items

If your sprayer arrives damaged or stops working under normal use, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include in your email:

  • Your order number.
  • A photo of the damaged or defective area.
  • A photo of the outer packaging.

Do not discard the packaging until the issue is fully resolved. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after reviewing your photos.


8. Order cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet shipped.

  • Email us at support@voyagerasi.com with your order number and let us know you would like to cancel.
  • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.
  • Cancellation refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement after reviewing your case. If you would like a different product, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
